2. Scope of Services
Cloudewebs provides digital services which may include (as applicable): website design/development, SEO, performance optimization, hosting assistance, marketing creatives, social media support, analytics setup, integrations (including WhatsApp/Meta), and consulting (“Services”).
Unless expressly stated in a written proposal, statement of work (SOW), quotation, or agreement, information on this Site is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer.
3. Enquiries and Contact Form
When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We may contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp (where you have provided your number and consented).
4. Engagement, Proposals, and Deliverables

5. Payments, Fees, and Taxes
- Fees are as per the agreed proposal/SOW/invoice. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Late payments may result in work suspension, access removal, or delayed deliveries.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Unless a different written policy is agreed in a signed proposal/SOW, payments are generally non-refundable for work already completed, reserved capacity, or third-party purchases (e.g., domains/hosting/licenses/ad spend). If you cancel an ongoing engagement, you must pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.
7. Intellectual Property
- Our Materials: We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, processes, and know-how, including any reusable code libraries, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Client Deliverables: Subject to full payment, you receive rights to use final deliverables created specifically for you as defined in the SOW. Any third-party assets remain subject to their licenses.
- Portfolio: Unless you request confidentiality in writing, you permit us to showcase non-confidential project work (e.g., screenshots, general descriptions) in our portfolio.
8. Acceptable Use
