Data Deletion Request

If you want Cloudewebs to delete your personal data from our systems, you can submit a deletion request using the methods below. We will verify your request and take appropriate action in line with applicable laws and our business requirements.
How to Request Deletion
- Email us at contact@cloudewebs.in with the subject: “Data Deletion Request”.

Include the following details in your message:
- Your Full Name
- Your Email Address
- Your Phone Number (if you contacted us on WhatsApp)
- Which service/project you contacted us for (if applicable)
- What you want deleted (e.g., enquiry form data, WhatsApp chat records, emails)
- If you contacted us through WhatsApp, you may also request deletion by sending: “DELETE MY DATA” to our official WhatsApp number +91 9038041548.
What Data We May Delete
Depending on your relationship with us, we may delete or anonymize:
- Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, message)
- Sales/support conversation records (including WhatsApp communications where applicable)
- Basic CRM records created from enquiries
- Marketing opt-in records (if any)
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may request verification before deleting data (for example, confirming you own the email/phone number). We will only process deletion requests from the same email/number used to contact us, or after reasonable verification.
Timeline
We typically process deletion requests within 7–30 business days depending on the complexity of the request and verification.
What We May Need to Retain
In some cases, we may retain limited information where required for legal, accounting, security, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes (for example, invoice records, tax records, or evidence required to prevent fraud). Where we retain information, we will restrict access and keep it only as long as necessary.
